Gentian, centaury, and wormwood are among the most bitter native plants. Yarrow, hops, and sage are also considered native herbs.
Our monastery herbs come from the monastery gardens and alpine pastures of the European Monastery Gut Aich. There, they are cultivated by the monks using traditional Methods.
Recommended intake: Drink 15 ml (= 1 measuring cup) daily, either neat or mixed with water. Also ideal for mixing into fruit juices!
CONTENT per 15 ml:
Aronia juice – 3 ml
Herbal tincture – 0.6 ml
Ingredients: Water, aronia juice (20%), herbal tincture (4%; blend of hop flowers, yarrow herb, sage leaves, gentian root, centaury, green tea, wormwood herb, nettle leaves, licorice root, olive leaves, cistus leaves), antioxidant: citric acid

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. Cloudiness/colour change in the respective batch or settling of the ingredients is possible. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
