Exchange and return

This page provides information about the simplified return process and does not replace your right of withdrawal. Please therefore observe the right of withdrawal.

You can return your items within 14 days.

The refund will be processed as quickly as possible after receipt and inspection of the items. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used.

Orders via Amazon, eBay & Co.

Please register returns for orders placed through shopping portals such as Amazon, eBay, etc. directly via the respective portal. You can find information about the right of withdrawal on the relevant pages there.
